Returns

At Those Little Gnomes we want you to be really satisfied with your order. If there is something that you are not happy with, please email us at thoselittlegnomes@gmail.com or through the Contact Us button at the top of the page.

Please make sure you include your order number and we will work with you to try and resolve the issue.

There are some conditions around returns that we ask you to read and follow:

  1. Products can only be returned within 7 days of being received by you.

  2. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and in any original packaging.

  3. You must contact us by email first (see above) and include your order number.

  4. We take great care to ensure all products are checked for damage before being sent out for delivery. It is your responsibility to check the condition of your products on arrival. Please let us know within 2 days if the product is damaged or faulty. In this case, we will replace the faulty item without any additional shipping costs.

  5. If you have changed your mind or if the product does not meet your expectations in some way you will be responsible for the cost of return postage and the cost of shipping a replacement item to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  6. Those Little Gnomes is not responsible for any products lost or damaged during return post. We highly recommend that you send returned items via registered post as we cannot be held responsible for any items that go missing in the post.

  7. In terms of refunds, once your returned product has been received by us, we will send an email to let you know of its arrival, and to let you know if a refund has been approved or rejected.

  8. If a refund has been approved, a credit minus a $5.00 handling fee will be applied against your original payment method.
