Yarning Circle Set
This little set is a reconciliation resource. Through small world or imaginative or intentional, teacher-led play, these little gnomes….a mix of lighter and darker skin-tones….can be used to spark conversations of our similarities and differences , about working and walking through life side-by-side, and about inclusion and respect.
There are 6 lightly-waxed timber gnomes (4 cm plus hat) and they are dressed in pure wool felt. The disk (9.5 cm diameter) is waxed timber, and is engraved on each side with Aboriginal sand-symbols…..the meeting place symbol and the people sitting together symbol).
The set comes in a drawstring bag.
